2. Products, prices and VAT
B2Y sells physical products presented in the online store. Descriptions, images, availability and prices are shown on each product page.
Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT at the applicable rate. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown separately before the order is completed.
3. Order and confirmation
The order is subject to payment confirmation. B2Y sends an email confirmation on a durable medium with the essential contract details, including seller identification, order details, total paid, applicable VAT and information about the right of withdrawal.
4. Right of withdrawal
The consumer has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the contract, counted from the day on which the consumer, or a third party indicated by the consumer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise this right, the consumer must communicate the decision to withdraw by an unambiguous statement sent to the B2Y contact address. The model withdrawal form available on this page may be used, but it is not mandatory.
If the contract is withdrawn, B2Y refunds payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days from the date on which B2Y is informed of the decision. B2Y may withhold the refund until the goods have been received back or until the consumer supplies proof of dispatch.
The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. This cost allocation is pending Alexandre confirmation.
5. Statutory conformity guarantee
Products benefit from a statutory conformity guarantee for a minimum of two years from delivery. This guarantee is independent of any manufacturer commercial warranty.
6. Delivery and risk
B2Y will indicate estimated delivery timing during checkout or in later communication. Risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer when the consumer, or a third party indicated by the consumer other than the carrier, physically receives the goods.
7. Complaints
Complaints should be sent to contactus@b2ystore.eu. B2Y will acknowledge receipt within 14 days and provide a reasoned response within 30 days.
8. Data protection
The controller is Genisis Businesses en services at the Utrecht address stated in these terms. Data subjects may complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (AP) or to the supervisory authority of their country of habitual residence.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to the protection afforded to the Consumer by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country of the Consumer's habitual residence. Disputes arising from this contract shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to the Consumer's right to bring proceedings before the courts of their country of habitual residence, in accordance with applicable European Union law.
